Join Denver artist Alicia Bailey for a discussion of her work and how she arrived at the book as her means of creative expression.

Performed by the Paul Mesner Puppets, the story is from the Caldecott Award winning book by Jon Scieszka and Lane Smith.
Director Karen Hastings will hold communitywide auditions at Grace Cathedral at 7 pm on Sunday and Monday, January 11-12 for Jean Anouihl's classic drama about the trial of Joan of Arc. The 16 male and 5 female roles in this play are recommended for adults and mature youths. There will be six evening performances on March 5-7 and 12-14.
The Art Guild of Topeka will host a 12-week discussion group, facilitated by Cynthia Stotlar, Vice President of Creative Business Solutions' Organizational Development and Training. Discussions will be based on Julie Cameron's nationally acclaimed book, "The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity". Three hour sessions begin January 10th at 9 AM, and will continue on the second Saturday of each month throughout 2009.
