There is no requirement that the Topeka Community Foundation or any other organization direct its funding dollars through ARTSConnect, however as ARTSConnect grows and has the capacity to assist more arts organizations, it’s hoped that funders will recognize the advantages of directing
contributions to the arts through a single, coordinated source that has a built-in accountability function.
